I started NegotiationCraft to share the mindset, strategies, and tactics that helped me find success in negotiations.

True to NegotiationCraft’s mission, NegotiationCraft Training is practical negotiation advice with a healthy dose of humour. No fluff, no ego, just the good stuff.

There are basic building blocks that make up an effective negotiator. Some of these building blocks, such as active listening, are more important than others because they lay the foundation for the effective use of higher-level negotiation strategy and tactics.  

Recognising this, NegotiationCraft takes a holistic and integrated approach to training negotiators. NegotiationCraft teaches negotiation strategy (the ‘what and why’) and tactics (the ‘how’) as well as the foundational skills that support everything.

NegotiationCraft offers general negotiation training as well as specialised training for those working in or supporting sales and procurement functions.

A bit about myself – I am a practising lawyer, licensed in England and Wales, with extensive experience in negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

Studying what makes negotiators effective in practice has become my passion. Through NegotiationCraft, I hope to share my knowledge and inspire others to take their negotiation craft to the next level.
